'noop' with checksums provides useless logs

Reported by: luke Assigned to: luke
Priority: normal Milestone: elmo
Component: file Version: 0.22.1
Severity: minor Keywords: noop file checksum
Cc: Triage Stage: Accepted
Attached Patches: None Complexity: Medium

Description

When running a file in 'noop' mode and comparing checksums, there appears to often be a problem with no "should" sum being provided in the log message. I assume this happens when no checksum for this file has ever been written to the state file.
